Returns
As our products are custom printed individually when ordered, we do not offer returns. Please see our sizing guide for more information. If your shirt is delivered and the size is wrong or defective, we will offer a replacement at cost, please email us for more information at myagaveco@gmail.com.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date it was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be (unworn / unwashed) and in the same condition it was received.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Requests
Any changes or cancel requests must be submitted by email within 12 hours. Each product is custom made per order. Once an order is placed, production for your item(s) begins. After 12 hours, orders will be fulfilled and shipped. Fulfillment time is usually 1-4 business days. If you have any issues with your purchase please email us.
